Had a very bad experience with this clinic, I am a client and booked an emergency appointment for a broken wire, and they called me back to say the receptionist messed up and the time I chose wasn’t available. So I rebooked and told them I would not be reachable before the appointment, they left a voicemail while I was busy. They frustratingly did not try to text or email me to let me know that all of the clinics dentists were out sick…. I schedule my entire day around the is appointment and show up only for them to tell me it’s cancelled. I will not be back ever again. Especially when this was an emergency, if they made an actual attempt to speak to me I would have been able to find other arrangements.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Simpson and his team for more than two decades and we have been very pleased with the professionalism and care with which they interact with patients. The positive and professional tone of the office comes from Dr. Simpson himself who possesses exceptional dental and social skills and who makes appointments a very pleasant experience. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Dr. Simpson as our dentist.

I am so happy with the staff at Bayview Hill Dental Centre; everyone is so professional attentive and caring. I live on Lake Shore Blvd and I will continue with pleasure to do the drive; I am so happy to have a Dr. D. Ashley as my Dentist he is exceptional and professional; Mariam my hygienist is amazing and I highly recommend all the staff at Bayview Hill Dental Centre 5+
