My family and I have been going to this dental office for the past 22 years. We have always experienced the greatest service from the reception to the doctor. Our daughter has moved away from this area, but she would never think to go to another dentist closer to her place. We use to see dr J Goldman and we can only say the greatest things about him: polite, friendly, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and even more. It has always been a pleasure to have any communication with Dr Goldman’ s Gina. She is also amazing in what she is doing at the reception, always there to help. We had issues with submission to the insurance, we had other health problems which would interfere with the dental treatment, we needed appointments booked or changed last minute due to our own complicate schedule. Gina was 100% there to help with everything, intermediated the communication with the doctor, called us with new appointment availability, sometimes even before we asked. She is a wonderful person, friendly, competent, eager to assist with everything the patients need.
Today I went there for my regular dental cleaning, and I do not have enough words to describe the experience. Falamak truly knows what she is doing in every detail, a pleasure to talk to, definitely an asset for this already great place.

I recently visited Bayviewhill Dental Centre after being told by my previous dentist that I needed extensive dental work, including a crown. My previous dentist also charged both my insurance and me the same amount, which was very frustrating. At Bayviewhill Dental Centre, Dr. Tao carefully examined my teeth and found that I did not need a crown and didn’t require half of the treatments suggested by my previous dentist.

What really impressed me was the cost of my treatment at Bayviewhill Dental Centre–it was lower than what I used to pay while going to one of my friends for many years. When I shared my experience with Dr. Tao, he confidently told me, “Asaf, look outside. I have a very busy practice; I do not need to cheat you out of money.” This honesty and transparency were incredibly refreshing.

I’ve suffered from anxiety about dental visits since I was young, but thanks to Dr. Tao and his team, that anxiety is now gone.
