This is the worst dental office in Plantation! Why? They are unprofessional, incompetent and not efficient. My mother needed to get her dental records and we had to pay $35.00 (fee) to get her dental records by e-mail. It clearly stated on the form that the office staff needs 72 hours to have the dental records sent by e-mail. One week later, I had to call and ask why my mother did not get the dental records.
In addition, my mother was due to have a second crown put into her mouth. One month later, I had to call the receptionist to ask if they had the mold for the crown. The receptionist said that they had the crown but were waiting on the payment from her medical insurance provider. I had to call my mother’s medical insurance provider to speed up the process for the payment. I had to make all the calls and follow up in order that my mother’s crown could be put in her mouth.
This dental practice will NEVER do any dental work on a patient’s mouth unless they have your money first!!!!
You want quality attention, efficiency and organization, do NOT go to this dental practice at all!!!

I have been attending this office since april of 2022 and it has been the best to say the least! They have people working there that really care. I would highly recommend the hygienist named Kim. She is gentle, personable and thorough. I am petrified of cleanings and she eased my fears and made me feel extremely comfortable. She provided me with information that has helped the issue I was going through with my gums. Ask for the numb cream , you won’t feel a thing. As well I love Dr. Shehada and Rodrigo ! I know they want to see me with the most beautiful smile once my braces are removed. I can’t forget Jeanette at the front desk she is amazing as well. They have a great team at this office whom make me feel like family. I have been to several dentist and this office is by far THE BEST!!!!!! Thank you team or should I say family! You all are truly angels!

Overall I’m happy with experience my fiance has with his veneers. Very upset that we couldn’t go out 4th of July because for the 3rd time his veneer has chipped or broken because he wasn’t given proper equipment that he was suppose to receive with his dental treatment. Had a family outing to attef this weekend. Now tooth has broke again 6 hours later an now he doesn’t feel comfortable going out with missing tooth i appreciate assistant trying to give him a patch up this morning. But should be been done right way today the same way try rush when they want to get paid for work. After paid then services and assistance/customer service is less attentive.
