The staff made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Zhong is an exceptional professional who genuinely cares about the well-being of patients. He took the time to explain every procedure, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. extremely accommodating-agreeing to see me on a an emergency/walk in basis. Very thankful to Ivy who was compassionate & caring despite her being extremely busy. Dr Zhong evaluated me in a surprisingly timely manner (expected quite a wait as I was seen as walk-in) he was thorough in explaining my condition as well as treatment options.I was able to establish a follow up appointment sooner than expected – in which he took the time to schedule himself. This level of service and care is hard to find. Thank you both.

My experience with Bell Dental is terrific. Dr. Zhong has been talking care of me , my husband , my 84 years old father ‘s dental care over 3 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, as was all of the staff. I have to mention Dr. Zhong and his staff are really hardworking and caring their patients. Dr. Zhong is always trying to make himself available to take care urgent issues . I feel secure in competent hands and am glad I found them. You won’t be regret if you choose this practice.
