There are better dentists in Frederick. The staff is rude and condescending. The service is not anything special. You can never get an appointment when needed. The only good thing about it is the nice office. I was a client for years and had only missed one appointment, for which I paid a hefty $200-something fee. I had a work emergency and when I called to cancel the day of the appt (life happens), they transferred me to the office manager to rudely tell me that they couldn’t have me as a client anymore. Claimed I had too many missed appointments, which was not true. I asked for her to tell me the days I had missed and she condescendingly told me it was irrelevant because I was no longer a client. Horrible customer service. Unless they’ve competely replaced their office staff, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else, there are better offices out there that have kind and compassionate staff, better availability and prices and offer true care for their patients.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident throughout my visit, and the care I received was both thorough and understanding of my previous dental history (not great).

The service you get from Dr. Bell is second to none. Dr. Bell is a true Professional. I am very fortunate and grateful to have landed in The Bell dental office for my Dental issues. It is obvious to me Dr Bell truly cares about her patients, her practice and her profession.
