The staff were very friendly. It was the first time ever that I was shown my x-rays on a big screen in front of me and was explained what everything meant. My experience was always that they looked at a little screen behind me, discussed them amongst themselves and then the dentist would tell me about what work needed to be done. Not at Belle Rive. The dental assistant, Summer showed me what side of my mouth was what on the x-rays and then Dr Zac gave me a more in depth explanation. He was very respectful of budget, which as a senior, I greatly appreciated. Simply, it was the first time I had ever left a dental office feeling totally informed and with options on my care.

I was looking for a new dental clinic. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They are all so friendly. Very very gentle with my teeth! They explain every procedure right before they do it to set me at ease. If you have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist then go here because you definitely will want to go back. They have the latest technology as well. If you have any worries then just explain it to them and they’ll accommodate you with no problem. They will make you feel important to them and they don’t rush to get the procedure done.

I have been on the hunt for a great dentist office since I moved away from my home town 10 years ago. After many disappointing experiences elsewhere, I have been to this clinic 3 times now, and it’s been nothing short of a good experience every time.
Dr. Appoo is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and gladly answers any questions you have. The dental assistant Summer was phenomenal at explaining what would happen throughout my appointment and was extremely kind and considerate throughout the procedure.
