Reviews:
I absolutely loved the staff – they were friendly, informative, sweet and extremely caring! However, I feel that I was scheduled for a mass amount of work that was not needed. Everytime I went back, I had something new wrong with my teeth that I would need another appointment for and would have to come out of more money for. I got several fillings here (about 10) and was then told I had other spots that needed to be filled after that. It felt never ending. I brush and floss daily. I was scheduled for root planing, which takes two separate appointments, and is an abrasive cleaning (contrary to regular dental cleanings). It’s also more expensive, of course. I got a 2nd opinion at another dentist out of state, and the dentists told me they weren’t sure why I was recommended that harsh of a cleaning. Also, I had such a deep gap after one of my fillings. It was classified as a “‘food pocket”, so food would get trapped between my teeth and almost under my gums because the filling was done incorrectly. I had to get another dentist to correct that. I was out of soo much money here, and I do have insurance. I had about 5-6 appointments in just 3/4 short months for several new things that would pop up. I don’t think all of that work was needed because I was told by another dentist that I didn’t have as many cavities as suggested by this dentist office. Nevertheless, they are very nice people and receptionist is great!
My recent visit for my dental checkup, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Their warm and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease.
The receptionists were efficient and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle during the cleaning, explaining each step along the way. As for the dentist, their expertise was evident. They took the time to address my concerns, answer my questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
What truly stood out was the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. It felt like they knew me for years, creating a comfortable and trusting environment. I left the office with a brighter smile and a sense of gratitude.
If you’re looking for a dentist office that combines excellence, professionalism, and a friendly touch, I highly recommend them. They’ve certainly earned my trust, and I’ll be returning for all my dental needs.
WARNING WARNING
I am moving back to the Bellevue area (been gone about 8 years) looking for a dentist and when her named popped up I said..NO NO NO Never AGAIN. I went to her and her team twice and very unpleasant each time. While getting my teeth cleaned they almost drown me with the water they squirt in your mouth and Dr. Gross is not gentil or pleasant. I left in tears both times.
On top of that she wanted THOUSANDS $$$ to fix my teeth which I still have not done and they are fine.

DON’T DO IT DON”T DO IT!!!!!!!
