Had high hopes for this location. Unfortunately, the 1st time experience wasn’t as expected. Building: The large open lobby is not welcoming, a video monitor hangs lifeless on a wall with its unmanaged cables hanging as if a windstorm hit, the floors are semi-clean – as with most of the inner works of the office/s, outdated furniture, dental instruments don’t have a clean look, Xray wall protection seems to be from the 60s in green oxidation color, the bottom of the patient chairs are dirty – surface is covered in 1970’s style partial plastic wrap… all in all building lacks care, maintenance, and needs TLC. Patient Wait Time: if you are accustomed to having your time be valued, well… Average wait time after appointment time 45mins.+ and you still wait after being called from the waiting room. Doctor Service: Can’t review, doctor never stepped in to greet or introduce themselves. Most other patients we spoke with had similar experiences. Due to the lack of quality overall service, unreasonable wait time and other scheduled appointments for later during the day we had to leave unseen by a doctor. On a positive note the front desk staff was polite, courteous, professional and overall friendly… Recommdation: If you have an opportunity to discover a better Dental Office, please do so. Most of this review was written while waiting to be seen. Value your time, health, and money. Life is too short to be subpar…

Just had my first visit with Dr. Laura Restrepo and I’m so happy I finally found a good dentist. She’s very gentle, I felt zero pain even though I had cavities that required injections. Dr. Restrepo and her assistant were very thorough and explained everything to me. And the front office staff were very kind, which is a major plus.

Absolutely the greatest dental experience ever Dr. Laura Restrepo is awesome.. I will follow her anywhere she goes. Not only is she great with her patients she’s great with her staff she teaches and assist them always. If you come to Bellflower Smiles ask for her.
