My son and I had appointments on the day the office internet failed. We waited over an hour. We were the ONLY patients who were kindly waiting. They never called back as they promised. They never returned the calls to reschedule. Partial services no X-ray. Charged the insurance for full services. Sadly, I called this week no answer left a message and of course no one returned the call.

This is to follow up to your response. No one called back this is why I wrote the negative review.

I had a very positive experience at Belvedere Square Dental! Pleasant and relaxing environment with friendly staff. The dentists were transparent with me about what they were doing during my teeth cleaning and why. When they took my dental x ray, they explained everything they saw in depth so that I understood what I was looking at. Very patient and kind staff! I recommend.

I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist. Everyone is caring and personable. Dr Shapiro and Dr Rus are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I’ve learned so much about good dental hygiene in such a short amount of time. I couldn’t thank them enough.
