Emergency visit because of pain from braces wires .
My daughter’s braces were hurting her , the wire was hurting her cheeks. Went in there and the lady dentist said it needs adjustment which we agreed . This procedure which usually takes 15 min from her regular dentist took over an hour with her. When they got done , my daughter was crying and hurting. My daughter told me that she kept poking her cheeks and she is hurting bad from a simple procedure. ( she had multiple procedure like this before where they had to adjust or cut the wire and she never hurt or cried from it. She never cried after a dental visit or procedure ever since she first started going to the dentist) They changed the wire ( which was supposed to be adjusted or moved only) on the bottom and the bands and they charged 2,000 pesos. She changed the bands on the top to match the color of her bottom bands and she charged another 2,000 pesos for that as well ( just for changing the bands ) . My daughter was crying and hurting after a visit from that dentist. My fault is taking my daughter to this establishment , I suggest don’t make the same mistake I made.
She has some cuts in her mouth from the poking and I really hope it doesn’t get infected. I don’t care paying 4,000 pesos for a supposed to be simple procedure ( she asked for cash as well) I am just really upset that my daughter got hurt.

Spent a lot only for a root canal treatment to fail. Another tooth she attempted to save through cleaning and crowning was already severely decayed that another dentist recommended extraction. She didn’t show me before and after images so I had no idea. She repeatedly performed x-rays but sometimes she won’t present and explain the findings. The crown provided is substandard quality. My worst experience was this one time she administered anesthesia and I think the needle went too deep, it affected my sinus resulting in breathing difficulty — I didn’t communicate this to her as I assumed it was normal though it’s my first time to experience that.
