The procedure for my fiancee went as expected and the Dr was very informative. However, the receptionist decided to inform us they don’t accept our insurance AFTER x-rays and novicaine making it feel like a very predatory billing practice. As several phone calls took place about insurance and scheduling it is unfathomable to believe they were unaware of our situation. She immediately began a gaslighting routine as I’m sure this isn’t the first time she’s put patients in this predicament. I will be following this up with the board in the hopes to save other people from falling victim. As for us, we’ll happily never return.

Dr. Lily Zhang is one of the warmest, and most responsible person I know. After being her patient for more than five years, we became not only friends and almost like family. She cares greatly about all of her patients, from all ages, and she treat each and one of us like families. I have recommended all of friends to come to Dr. Lily and they were all impressed by this hardworking woman. If you live around the area and is looking for a dentist, I beg you to come to Dr. Lily!!

All our family have been patients at Better &Gentle Family Dentistry for over 10 years ,the office is so modern and clean it makes you feel like you’re at the spa! cannot imagine going anywhere else. Everyone there is extremely competent, professional and friendly. Special thanks to Dr. Zhang who made the nerve-wracking procedure of getting a dental crown an actual pleasant experience that was practically painless. Truly a remarkable team!!!
