The worst experience I’ve ever had, resulting in rough treatments, gum injury, a failed tooth filling, incorrect charges, and arbitrary words from the doctor.

I found this clinic through Bupa and started with a general check-up two weeks ago. Unexpectedly, I had to visit three times for a simple filling due to the unprofessional operation of Dr. Joseph.

The cleaning was rough, rushed, and painful, causing bleeding. I’ve had many cleanings before, and this was the worst.

Then I had a tooth filling with Dr. Joseph three times to get it right. The first time, it wasn’t well-polished, and I had to return hours later. The next day, the material started falling out, causing food stuck with each bite, so I had to go back again. Dr. Joseph was impatient and rushed me through the final check because he “had other patients waiting,” as if I hadn’t booked an appointment or paid. Additionally, my gum was cut, leaving a painful straight-line injury.

During the first filling session, Dr. Joseph mentioned an inflammation from a past root treatment after he had already opened the tooth. He claimed it was visible on the X-ray, but I wonder why he didn’t bring it up right after the initial check-up. When I asked about it two days later during my return visit, he said he couldn’t tell from the X-ray… Now, I could need a crown costing over $3000. I could’ve plan and get insurance ready if he discussed this beforehand. Also his inconsistent information has further eroded my trust.

btw Hopefully the incorrect charges for the check-up will be refunded, thanks to the help of Kris.

I am so happy I found this practice ! I had the all on 4 procedure years ago with Dr Theo Spyrakis and it was life changing.
Just had veneers today with him again , at this later stage of my life, I now have the best smile I never would have thought possible …He would fit in in a Hollywood practice , so skilled, friendly and the highest Professional, even travelling overseas a lot to get the latest info on all procedures . Doesn’t hurt that he’s good looking too ! Unbelievably modest actually.
No need to go to Los Angeles, the best is right here .

From the moment you open the door you are greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Monica the receptionist is fantastic and I had to switch an appointment and she went above and beyond to move things around to get me in.
My dr Joey Kazzi is extremely talented and his work is amazing. He can have a joke and make you feel like you aren’t at a dentist and then you’re done. Also a mention goes to the 2 Tanya’s whom are very professional and have great banter.
I will always recommend this team of awesome individuals to family and friends and now it’s actually a pleasure to go to the dentist.
