I recently had a dental appointment at Birch Point Dental Clinic, and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff there were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere in the clinic was calm and relaxing, which helped ease my nerves. Receptionist Rose was incredibly friendly and made my son feel so comfortable. The dental procedure went smoothly, and I really appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team. I highly recommend Birch Point Dental Clinic for anyone in need of dental care.
I am temporarily living in Thunder Bay and needed my hygiene cleaning and this clinic was able to fit me in for a one time only visit. It’s a beautiful bright space. The care was phenomenal. If I was living here full-time, I would definitely be an ongoing patient. They use state of the equipment and have high levels of performance.
I can’t thank the Birch Point team enough for how quickly they were able to book me in for 3 (!!!) urgent appointments in less than a week. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, understanding, and professional. I would highly recommend Birch Point for anyone looking for a dental clinic in Thunder Bay!
