The hygienists and doctors here are lovely but truly nobody is ever at the front desk, and if they are they are watching videos or playing games on their phone and don’t so much as look up when someone comes in. My last visit I wasn’t even able to check in because the receptionist was in the back office gossiping with another staff member, the hygienist finally came out 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see if I had shown up. After my appointment I waited another 15 minutes to pay my bill and the receptionist was once again nowhere to be found. I finally left to go back to work and then got an angry call about how I had an $8 balance, hah. When I first started coming here in 2020 the receptionist was attentive and friendly, but things have gone very downhill since she left. Nearly impossible to even get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Seriously considering finding a new clinic.

I had an amazing experience today. I walked in off the street and was treated as if I was a long time and valued patient. I am travelling far from home and needed some immediate dental attention. From the receptionist who greeted me, listened to my problem and invited me to wait just a few minutes, to the doctor (Dr Hassan) who promptly solved my problem and reassured me I needed nothing further, no upselling at all, everyone provided exceptional service. I wish I could have Dr. Hassan at Bishop’s Landing Dental Centre as my regular dentist! Sincerely, Heidi Bellis

Not great experience with Dr. Sardar. I booked an appointment at 9:20am. I waited 10 mins. At the door. The dentist assistant took my X-ray for 5 mins. And I was asked to wait for my dentist again. She showed up at 9:45am to give me an examination, which last 10 minutes. So I left at 9:55am, the receptionist overcharged me $100 on my $182 bill. I had to come back and ask what happened. What a day!
