First time patient. I was cordially greeted by the receptionist and she quickly remedied a problem with my insurance coverage.
X-rays and explanation of what to expect were efficiently, but politely completed.
Dr. Bisson thoroughly addressed my concerns, but in laymen’s terms so I could understand, and gave me a few options to best deal with my issues. He was not pushy at all and had very pleasant bedside manners.
Finally, the dental hygienist, Laura, was the most thorough one I’ve ever had. My teeth have not felt that clean in a long time.
The office was extremely well kept and the technology used is impressive.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Bisson and his expert team for anyone looking to have dental work done.
