Update to your response which I find really bizarre how you are denying my feedback. I have photos which I am going to attach of my teeth before I saw you.

I went to see another dentist for a clean and she was appalled by what you did even at the back of the teeth when you removed the invisible retainers you actually scrapped off the top layer of my tooth behind as well which I had no idea and that is NOT done by braces.
If you would like I can get the photos they took on the check up after I saw you if you want to dispute this further.

It was done by you Victor when you took off the invisible retainer that you also put in. You created that gap, you scrapped the back of my tooth. I saw you numerous times and I was a regular customer for a couple years until you made a mistake. I never came to you to fix any previous persons mistakes, I came to you only for cleans and getting an invisible retainer because I didn’t want my teeth to move, nothing else! Advice to anyone getting retainers: do not get invisible retainers, hard to clean in-between and hard to take off as you can see. Get the metal ones behind the teeth which I will be getting next somewhere else.

I never had a gap between my teeth in the middle before I came in, so thanks for lying on a public forum. You did that with one of your electric tools to try to take the invisible retainer out. You have not even apologised for a single thing at all and for that you get another 1 star rating for your response.

Worst Customer service I have ever received and twice in one week. The filipino receptionist was the person I spoke to on the phone. The first time I tried to cancel my Sunday appointment due to having a cough she said, ” you are able to talk to me now… if you cancel I will not give you a Sunday ever again”. The next time I rang due to concerns to the procedure, instead of just booking my appointment. She asked what was the problem and when I tried to explain she did not let me finish and then kept saying “thats normal… thats normal” to every concern. I was extremely frustrated and explained that I wasn’t happy with this customer service and that she was very rude since last week and she said that I was rude to her now… if I didn’t stop yelling that she will hang up on me. I explained that she was on speaker phone and then she hung up on me. She has no professionalism! Do not go to this dentist clinic! It is sad because Dr Victor is very professional but he also doesn’t do a great job at fixing teeth. I have spent so much money on “invisible” retainers and all it has done is ruined my teeth. He has chipped my teeth and made a gap between my teeth on the bottom after taking the retainers off.

Poor Dr. Nguyen; he as a dentist is great. But because of his new reception, me & my family will never go to them again!

Last year we were there for our 6m check up; she lost my private health card & she made me go back home (20 mins drive) to get the spare card so they can charge us. That same afternoon we discovered she gave my card to another patient.

And today I’m desperate to get an emergency dental work done & thought better to go to a dentist that knows my history- Dr. Nguyen. Got the same receptionist on the phone; we spent a good 15 mins arguing which of my teeth needs work done, I think I would know which teeth I had root canal done. And of course, she got the wrong file in front of her.

She is just the worst!! She talks way too much; she prefer hearing her own voice then actually listening to the patient.

Dental brace service is average. I suggest the staff keeps their own ledger of payment, which is good business practice. A ledger can only be a simple notebook with payment signature of customer and some other remarks or action item. I don’t know why they don’t understand the value of having their own records. If you guys can give me your email address, I would tell you more feedback to improve your business process.
