I recently visited the medical center for a routine vaccination, which I was assured multiple times by the nursing staff would be covered by Medicare and free of charge. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I received a call informing me that payment was required and the receptionist was very rude. This unexpected request necessitated another visit to the center. During this follow-up, I encountered a lack of courtesy from the reception staff and a denial from the nurse regarding the initial assurance of no charge. While I have no objection to settling a $15 fee, I believe it is essential for patients to receive accurate information upfront and to be treated with respect, especially when discrepancies arise from the center’s communication.
I would of put zero stars if I could…
Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at the doctors but my partner had an appointment with Bernadette Dulawan yesterday but we ended up leaving due to the long wait and rescheduled it for this afternoon. Little did we know that the wait time was going to be much worse. My partner’s appointment was at 4pm so we got there a little early just in case. We asked how many patients were in front of us and got told that there was three in front but as time pasted we seen five or four go in front but by the time we got in it was sometime after 5pm with no apologies.. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor as this is extremely ridiculous and very unprofessional..
would not be going back!!

Recently attended and saw a new doctor about getting a medical certificate. The doctor almost didn’t provide me with an MC because I couldn’t provide her with proof of my condition even though it’s in my medical history and proof I’ve ordered what I need to go back to work next week. Then that doctor tried to educate me on my condition which they clearly knew nothing about and then attempted to correct me as I tried to explain why my team of specialists haven’t done that. I’m never going to book with that doctor again. In 10 years of attending this medical centre, I’ve never been made to feel like a liar, and never felt like my integrity has been questioned more.
