I scheduled an appointment and received two telephone calls the day prior to my scheduled visit. During the first call, I was asked if I could come in 20 minutes earlier. I told the person I could not as my day was filled with work. During the second call I was informed they did not receive my X-rays from my previous dentist. I asked for the office manager and was told she quit last week. I then proceeded to ask, “are you saying because you don’t have my X-rays you can’t perform my cleaning?” The person said, “yes.” I immediately cancelled my appointment. Glad I learned of the confusion prior to getting in the chair of this practice. She never said the obvious reason she was calling. Thank God I’ve worked for a major healthcare system and I’m able to read between the unclear lines.

I’ve just recently started seeing Dr Porter because I’ve heard about his great reputation as a dentist. Everything exceeded my expectations. Dr Porter and his entire staff are extremely professional and I might add, made me feel like part of their family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great practice.

Dr Mark, nurses and hygienist are awesome,friendly and proficient. Deep cleaning and fillings were done perfectly.The office staffs are good in follow- up and easy to reschedule, plan appointments. They have appointments at 7 am which helps a lot!
