I wish Dr. Turchet hadn’t sold his practice to BWDG and I wish his patients had been told they’d be seen by someone else when booking appointments. I don’t think the two offices had the same philosophy. During the pandemic, I went to BWDG because an inlay had come off and needed to be glued back on. The first thing the new dentist said to me was that the inlay should be replaced with a crown –which annoyed me because I prefer to keep as much of the natural teeth as possible and the inlay was in good shape; it just needed to be glued back on. Then I don’t know if she put too much glue or what, but the bite was higher and to get the bite back to normal she proceeded to shave off an overlay on the opposing molar and pretty much ruined it in the process. I should have filed a complaint at the time and had them pay to replace the damaged overlay. I don’t know if my experience was an anomaly, but it was enough to break my trust and decide not to set foot there ever again.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. My case was a bit complicated and went through multiple dental procedures and I almost gave up on fixing my smile. I wish I met doctor Rotella sooner but I’m very grateful for everything he is done for me . It was a life changing experience to say the least. I got dental implants/ major restoration. One of my front teeth was about to get extracted and he saved my teeth . He always pays attention to details. and he is very patient and extremely professional .
The front desk people are very welcoming and they have always worked with my busy schedule. They make you feel like a family.

It’s probably not a great idea to tell you how amazing the entire team is in this practice since more clients means longer waiting times but credit where credit is due!!! They are uber competent, kind, compassionate and everything else you would want in a dental practice! I will never leave….thanks to the entire team for making every visit a positive one!
