Dr. Nazemi and her assistant Naz were patient and friendly and the visit went so smoothly. The diagnosis and treatment were pleasantly and clearly presented.Their uniquely lovely way had me feeling confident and at ease.
The receptionist was welcoming and knowledgable in navigating the new Canadian Dental Plan. Taking advantage of it was a reason for coming to this office for the first time. I was amazed at the result when the benefit was immediately applied.
Grateful for the relaxed professionalism and an all around good experience, I’m happy to return again .
Not 100% sure how I felt about my visit a few months ago. I came in for a routine check up and cleaning. I explicitly mentioned I did not want to have X-rays done since I had done them within the past 2 years (frequency of how often you should do it), and the amount of times they tried to push me into it was ridiculous.
Not sure if it was because to get more money from me or not. Finally we were able to get my X-rays from my previous dentist.
I originally used them because of opencare. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.
