Received a letter to say due check up, called day after it was received and told been taken off their list as not intended any appointments when they sent last reminders. Yet every time I called from last reminders I was told no appointments due to covid and to wait for them to send the next appointment reminder so I did, then got told this. Also told they would call back to see if they can put me back on, but never received a call. I’m now without a dentist due to this place – definitely don’t recommend.

I had to have a tooth removed, and you should not feel pain, but I felt a lot of pain, it was a horrid experience, I would not recommend this dentist if you expect not to feel pain. I cried out with the pain. The male dentist is fantastic but the female dentist does not seem to know how to use the anesthetic correctly. I found it horrific having a tooth removed, it was so painful. Something needs to be done as you should not experience that much pain.

Rude receptionist, telling me i can’t have a clean and scrape because I haven’t been for over a year. I explain that everytime I ring I get told they can’t fit me in. Well I can only get you in for a check up…. oh im sorry I forgot you tell me what I pay for now!!!! Close me off your books i will not be attending to be spoken to like that…unbelievable
