Reviews:
Please pay attention to the negative google review stating, “my new dentist gasped at the work that was done,” and do not be dazzled by the new office! After our previous dentist of 15 years sold her practice, our whole family was referred to Dr. Patt. I scheduled a routine cleaning with her to start my patient care. I almost fell out of my chair when she recommended that I get veneers — again, I scheduled a routine cleaning and am not in the market for cosmetic dentistry, and my teeth still look pretty good. When I dismissed the idea of veneers outright, she pivoted, recommending that I get a significant amount of expensive dental work (she also recommended a significant amount of expensive dental work to three other members of our immediate family). I thought it was odd that my previous dentist, who I had been with for 15 years, never recommended such dental work, so I went for a second and a third opinion after my husband grew suspicious. The second opinion, a dentist in my family who has been practicing for 35 years, examined my x-rays and records and told me that the majority of dental work recommended by Dr. Patt appeared to be unnecessary and, in fact, would have been detrimental to my dental health. But, given that he was unable to examine me in person, he recommended that I visit with a local dentist. So, I found a local dentist who examined my teeth in person, as well as the pictures and xrays provided by Boco Dental. The local dentist told me that Dr. Patt’s treatment plan was, and I quote, “crazy” and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, before I sought second and third opinions from other dentists, other members of my family had already gone out and paid for expensive dental work recommended by Dr. Patt. We are now left scratching our heads about whether all of this dental work was necessary. Ultimately, after her proposed treatment plan was debunked by other dentists, I told Dr. Patt that I am not paying the $180 she wants to charge me for her “observations, diagnosis, and treatment,” where she walked into the room and told me I need veneers (ridiculous) and unnecessary dental work. Notwithstanding the fact that Boco Dental has made a collective total of tens of thousands of dollars off of multiple members of our family, she appears to be holding firm on charging me $180 for walking into the room and telling me I need veneers after a routine cleaning and for telling me I need unnecessary dental work, which would have done more harm than good. I am considering reporting her to the Colorado Dental Board, because the ADA prohibits dentists from recommending or performing “unnecessary dental services or procedures,” deeming such behavior unethical conduct.
Update January 2024:
I went to Dr Patt’s office to get a filling. She used her Solea Laser machine; which to me, is a game changer. My least favorite part of dental procedures is the lingering numbness from anesthetics. It was a wonderful feeling leaving the office without feeling any numbness.

I had a wonderful experience at BOCO dental. Dr Patt and her staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The office itself is very beautiful.
Dr. Patt did my filling using her Solea Laser. No anesthetic was needed and the filling was done quickly. If you need fillings done and don’t like drilling or getting numb then the laser is a great option. Overall I had a great experience as a patient on the restorative side of things. Lois the hygienist cleaned my teeth a few months ago and she is also lovely and thorough.
Also, the new office is beautiful, very modern, and cool.
