TLDR: If you’re scared of going to the dentist, this office is a good choice for you.

I started coming here after not having any dental care for a long time and so I had a lot of complicated problems and was super anxious about it. I think the team there is much more proactively communicative than all the other places I’ve been, and it made a world of difference for my anxiety and the general feeling of helplessness. They have a team of dentists that have different specializations, so if you need something more specialized and serious than general cleaning and cavities, they’ll make sure you get to see an expert.

The office manager/hygienist was so kind, and I really appreciated getting some personal guidance and a human touch in what was otherwise a seriously stressful and scary process for me. She’s very hands-on with patients, very thorough, and has always made me feel taken care of and calm.
The attention and willingness to explain what’s going on with my teeth, what are the options, what are the prices, and to educate and be transparent about expectations and what’s possible–top tier.

Even on busy days, if the doctor didn’t really have time, the staff was always willing to answer all my questions, why the dentist made the recommendations, and talked me through multiple root canals, an implant, surgery on my gums, insurance issues, they explain my x-rays to me every time, always work to get me seen when I have an emergency, etc.

Sometimes the wait can be long, even with an appointment, so be prepared for that. Just depends on the day.

All in all, super patient, professional, attentive. Really grateful that I found this place, wish I had found it sooner.

I recently visited boss dnental could be a routine dental appointment. While I’ve generally been satisfied with the service provided, I was disappointed to find unexpected additional charges on my bill.

The specific charge in question was for put the dental crown back, and unfortunately, it was not discussed or explained to me beforehand. As a conscientious consumer, transparency in pricing is crucial for me, and the lack of communication about these extra costs left me feeling uneasy.

I believe that clear communication about potential additional charges is essential in maintaining trust between a dental office and its patients. I hope this feedback prompts the dental office to improve their communication practices and provide a more transparent experience for patients.

I have been coming here ever since I was a child, and every single time that I came here it was an amazing experience that I had. They would always greet me and my family with a smile, and we never had to wait a long time in order to get taken care of. The dentist, dental hygienist, staff and everyone there are all friendly and they are very knowledge and experienced. They do their best to help you in any way. I recently just went in for a cleaning, and they provided quick and good service. The team there is very efficient and one of the nicest teams ever. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
