I went to Dr. Britt to get a second opinion on some cavities. I felt like my prior dentist wasn’t guiding me in the right direction and overwhelmed me with information. When I sent him over my x-rays and treatment plan from my prior dentist, he called me personally and had a conversation with me about what my options were which was very nice. I then went in to his office for an exam and x-rays. He knew I was in a little bit of a financial bind and didn’t charge me for my visit which was extremely kind. He spent the time during my visit, showing me each tooth and where he thought the most important cavities were to treat. He leaves the decision up to his patient and doesn’t push them into a certain direction. He makes good recommendations, but ultimately leaves it up to you. I would recommend Dr Britt as I felt he was able to hear my concerns, make appropriate recommendations, and I really appreciate all the time he takes with his patients. Many dentists I’ve been to in the past make recommendations because they want to get the most money out of you, they overwhelm you with information, and I found they are fairly rushed and don’t take much time with you. That is not the case at this practice and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such such excellent service.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. David Britt and his staff. From customer service, to scheduling, to the dental work itself, their quality of care and consistency goes above and beyond! The staff is quick to return phone calls and will do anything in their power to get you scheduled at a time that works for you. I love that they know my name and treat me like part of the family- not just a name on a list. They also have a good understanding of insurance coverage and costs and can usually tell in real time and with great accuracy how much I’m looking at paying out of pocket. As a planner, that has been a huge help for me! Dr. Britt is great at giving multiple options when approaching a dental procedure and won’t try to talk you into something you don’t need. I recently had my retainer eaten for lunch by a pet, and Dr. Britt and his staff went out of their way to make sure I had a temporary retainer with less than 24 hour’s notice before I left for Japan for two months! I can’t say enough about the team at Dr. Britt’s office and would highly recommend them if you are looking for the best care for your teeth!

The main reason I became a patient of Dr Britt is because my friend, who is a retired dentist, highly recommended Dr Britt. If an ex-dentist recommends a dentist it must be a good sign!!
Based upon my experience: Dr Britt is a caring, considerate and a highly competent dentist. He is always polite and on-time, plus he always asks questions about my family – he personalizes my visits to make them swift, enjoyable (that’s not a word that is frequently used when describing a dentist visit!!) and impactful on my oral health. He is never rushed and always takes the time to answer my many questions. The staff in Dr Britt’s practice are all polite, courteous and professional – they also contribute to make a dentist visit as enjoyable as possible.
Bottom line: I highly recommend Dr Britt.
