I was in so much pain yesterday when I went into the office and they were able to accommodate me even though it was a short notice appointment. Dr. Yu was so nice to me. He really accommodated and validated my feelings and my concerns. We were able to have conversations on similar interests that took my mind off my situation. The care was completely transparent and personalized. Even the dental assistant (I can’t remember her name right now) was so so warm and accommodating to me. I was crying in the chair ( which made me feel embarrassed and wimpy), but she didn’t make it weird and she really held my hand through the entire thing. I was scared and in pain and they really validated that. This is why they’re the only place that I go to. Special shout out again to Dr. Yu and Dr. Jiang. They are the only doctors that I see so if you have any dental emergencies or issues at all Bower dental is the place.

Dental visits can be a cause of great anxiety for me, but at the Bower Dental Centre, I was treated with kindness, care, and friendliness from the start of my appointment to the finish. All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and nice to me.

The dental hygienist and Dr. Bapoo were amazing throughout my procedure. They constantly checked on me and made me feel at ease. They also catered to all my requests and questions.

I was recommended this dental office after an injury to my tooth and the ladies there were amazing through and through, I get very nervous at the dentist but Alicia, Kimberly and Dr.Shakira provided exceptional care and attention, went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was comfortable and kept my pain to a minimum. Very very happy with the results of my tooth repair and I would definitely recommend booking with them! Thank you ladies!
