I am so disappointed with this dental clinic, I and my family have been registered with them for few years now, I noticed that for more than two years we never got any appointments or call from them, then I gave them a call this afternoon and what the receptionist told me was that, they have taking out our names from their list which is strange and unprofessional and also bad reputation.

I remembered complaining two years ago how the receptionist then was aggressive, rude and biased towards us and we reported and since then ,they never called us for appointments check up.. I am extremely disappointed with their poor service towards service users.

LAVINA specifically was very supportive, attentive, forthcoming and gave everything to ensure my daughter’s braces were eventually done. Lavina’s patient’s support, effective communication and up-to date information provision was second to none. She was wonderful from the very beginning and a staff that deserves a higher position, she is. Her listening types are whom patients like us really desire. If you’d of asked me a year ago or so if I would recommend this surgery I would of 100% said NO. My son and I dreaded going as the dentist lady was absolutely vile, rude and spoke to her staff like dirt!
But since its now under new management I would 110% highly recommend the surgery. Dentist and staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Environment is clean and tidy. The dentist lady is lovely along with the rest of the staff, i can praise them enough. Thank you Hillcrest
