I’ve never felt so dissatisfied and disappointed in my life in Canada. I booked an appointment for my 4 years old daughter explaining that she has cavities and that she takes time to get comfortable with a doctor. They said it’s fine and they will assist. We came today and after a long wait for the Dentist who used his IPhone for flash lights (what????!!!) and didn’t even clean his hands to check my daughters upper teeth, we’ve been sent home!!! My daughter needed a teeth photos and she was almost comfortable doing it but the dentist assistant’s patience ended and she said that they can’t assist my daughter further anymore that they don’t specialize in kids like my daughter (she made me listen to all of this and I was so embarrassed by it). I said that it takes time for a 4 years old child to be comfortable with ANY treatments, she said that unfortunately, they cannot help.
I left the clinic with terrible feeling that I never had to experience in my life. They made me feel so terrified; my daughter was crying!!! Definitely would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Everyone deserves a fair service…..

Staff are rude and the care at this office is non-existent. They only care about money and not about providing quality dental care to the patients.

They will make you pay upfront despite having benefits and will rudely complain when you ask them to direct bill. Most time they will make excuses to not do it just because they don’t want to do the work.

For a office that is providing a healthcare service they seem to be more interested in collecting money, reminding you 14 times of your appointment. If you are tight for cash or require anything to be billed to benefits you’re best to go somewhere where the Admin team wants to do their job vs making you pay and you do the work they are required to do.

I will continue to tell everyone in Bradford to avoid this clinic and go somewhere where they actually care about dental healthcare and not spending money on fancy super hero decor.

My first time here and the aesthic just left me in awe. From star wars to Game of Thrones, they have it all.

Right away, I got a warm welcome from my dental hygienist. She was very friendly and helpful the whole time.

Firstly, she solved my problem of pain/sensitivity in one tooth. Next, she made sure I had no cavities or other problems. Then, she gave me a pleasant cleaning and fluoride. Lastly, her and Dr. Chai checked out my teeth and gave me an estimate for braces.

I think all my problems were solved in this one visit.
