I am absolutely scared of going to the dentist and everyone I have dealt with at braidwood dental has completely helped my fear and anxiety go away. Hygienists I have had are fantastic, they keep the atmosphere super friendly and relaxing. Dr. Durling actually listened to me when I said I take a lot to freeze and doesn’t start until I am ready. Also he will listen when I say I feel things and gives me freezing top ups as needed. There is zero pressure to do things, they lay it out of what has priority in needing to be done, give you the cost and you decide what’s next in your care plan in terms of timeline. The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well and answer any questions I have (especially about insurance – which I find crazy confusing!) I’m glad I found a dental office that has me willing to return consistently to care for my teeth!

I’ve had 2visits both DMD and Hygenist have been amazing!! Front desk staff top notch…. Plus my teeth are amazing and I feel amazing after I leave.. I went in to get Wisdom plus 3other extractions.. Like a horrible experience to be had… They made me feel comfortable and really good about myself….so I’ve always hated going to dentists but I went back for a second visit for cleaning n for preventive!.. They’re an amazing team! THANK YOU!

Absolute best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I used to be afraid of the dentist but thanks to Doctor Joel Durling, his assistant Ciara, and the other wonderful staff here, I can confidently say I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore. He’s also the BEST at doing numbing, as I have a tolerance to it and usually need re-numbing through procedures. But not with Dr.D! He gets it right the first time 🙂
