Dr. Maxson is the BEST! So knowledgeable, patient and professional. Patty his assistant is beyond words. Fabulous at what she does, answers all your questions and really cares. Tina in the front is friendly and efficient. Makes you feel like a friend visiting. Lastly, Penny (Mrs. Maxson) runs a beautiful and clean office. She is always up front greeting and smiling at all the patients. Just an overall wonderful office. I have been seeing Dr. Maxson for about ten years or more. I had extensive dental implants done, top and bottom. My husband also sees Dr. Maxson. I even referred my sister, who travels 30 miles for this office. She too had extensive implants done on top. Can I add more? No one likes going to the dentist, but if you must, this is the place to go.

I scheduled an apt 6 mo. in advance. About three weeks prior to my apt, someone from the office left me a voicemail saying they were now out of network. I call them to cancel my apt and the woman that answered said not to worry about it, they were working it out and would be in network with bcbs. She didn’t look at my account and talked down to me like I was a small child. I asked if she was sure and she annoyedly responded yes don’t worry about a thing. The day of my appointment, I get a call from a different woman saying they are out of network.
The most frustrating thing about this is everywhere else you call is booked 3-6 months out. So now with my new apt I’m going to go about 10 months without a cleaning, and with braces I hate to wait that long.

15 years ago I had one wisdom tooth removed from a Dentist that I can’t even remember his name. The experience was so traumatic and I never went back for the other teeth.

This week, August 27th, 2024, Dr. Brent Maxson took out 2 wisdom teeth I needed removed. To my surprise the experience was awesome. The process was quick, painless and I actually relaxed in the chair. What a difference. Thanks you Dr. Maxson for making this procedure positive and as of 8/29/2024, I feel great.
