I started coming to bretton Dental in 2008 when I first moved to Peterborough. Back then a lovely gentleman was running it with his wife and he sadly passed away. I can’t remember his name but I remember it began with an S. I’ve spent years seeing Mr Farmer and felt gutted when I’d heard he’d left. He knew my teeth, he knew I prefer to be spoken to like a child because I’m a baby When it comes to dentists. When I went back for my next routine appointment I didn’t have the best experience (rude dentist, gossiping dentist felt like he was a salesman) leaving me and my children in a long time without wanting to get an appointment. Nevertheless, had to bite the bullet and re-register as I’d left it so long. The staff have pretty much always been superb in their direct, efficient and friendly approach, just that one bad egg that let the surgery down. Anyway, my daughter recently had an appointment with a female dentist. Good experience.my son recently went back. Good experience. Whilst I bumped into Mr Farmer at the dental surgery, I was almost excited he’d be treating me again, but the nerves sank in as I realised it wasn’t him.i saw Sayeed and I was so pleasantly surprised. Knowledgeable and I instantly felt safe in his hands and trusted him. He introduced himself and was so friendly and calming. I’m sad I won’t have Mr Farmer again but for the first time in a long time I feel confident in seeing a good dentist again. Sometimes it’s the little bit of compassion and understanding that can go so far building the initial trust. Bretton Dental have really redeemed themselves with what seems like a wonderful team again. Like most normal people, I don’t like spending money but i feel I’m in the right hands again. Keep speaking to me like a child and I’m a happy bunny. Thank you

Receptionist not helpful at all caused the dentist to be quite rude to my 15 year old son and myself feeling very bad parent. Treated him appalling using their power over being able to just refuse treatment ( because we can’t afford private treatment making very unprofessional and unproductive comments towards a 15 year old teenager if not properly prepared to deal with patients should be stroke off ) will be taking the matter further with formal complaint. Unfortunately we have come to this kind of behaviour when someone has full power on our health system.
It’s bad enough being a parent that has to work 6 day’s a week having to take day’s off to keep an eye on how much paracetamol my son was taking ( no one bothered to ask or even listen to my concerns just judging with harsh comments )
” I’m not going to look after your teeth if you don’t look after them yourself ” bear in mind it’s a rotted tooth that needs extraction but it wasn’t causing problems. It is at the moment still nothing was done antibiotics and come back to check up in December.

This dental practice start from reception staff to dental nurse and dentist so fantastic, helpful, friendly. My observation and experience Bretton Dental Practice has a very unique, experienced and the most important, they do love their job and enjoy with helping people. I feel , for Bretton Dental Practice is this kind of good attitude and been helpful that makes patients understand and makes us we are human once again and not a number. Because I am afraid so if you visit some other dental practices , they treat you like you are notting but just a number and staff attitude towards people so bad if you specially NHS patient. But you don’t have none of the bad experiences at Bretton Dental practice and once again I love to thank to Bretton Dental Practice start from very kind, professional reception staff and dental nurse and TOP GUN dentist team.
