My son (4 years old)gets severe aniexty when he goes to any medical appointment, which in turn gives me aniexty. We went in today and he was having a melt down demanding to leave but when I tell you that Miss Brianna got him relaxed and calmed down in 3 minutes flat I was so impressed because this never happens and last dental appt back in Boston we had to reschedule because we couldn’t calm him down. Brianna was patient and kind and it was genuine! The Dr. Was pleasant and thorough. And Last but not least the front office staff Mary and Shelley (or maybe it was Shelby?) They were so nice and pleasant and patient with us and one of the ladies even helped me look for my keys I misplaced all with a smile on her face!! Thank you ladies for a wonderful 1st experience!!!

Shelby was Very Amazing and Very Professional she’s AWESOME!!! 1st time coming here, and She’s Outstanding!!! Went to the Brevard health alliance dental at Sarno location and they could not get me in to be seen and make an appointment and it’s an Emergency! Here came in told her my story, she checked my records on file was able to schedule me an appointment for very next day!!! AWESOMESAUCE!!! So happy I stopped at this brevard health alliance location for dental!!! You guys Rock here!!! Thank youuuuuuuuu!!!

The people here seem nice but they wouldn’t let parents go back with their young children for certain procedures which was VERY unnerving and disturbing. Parents were getting very upset. Im talking about FIVE year olds! If you think a parent shouldn’t accompany their toddlers for any kind of process at the dentists or doctors office then you guys need some serious lessons in parenting and common sense.
