Not at all happy with my experience at this surgery. Mona (the dentist) was seeing my mother at Bagshot care home and I made it ***very clear*** that I needed to be present otherwise my mother would not cooperate. This had already happened and so Mona agreed to come when I was there. This visit went fine – but then the follow up visit she **again** came to see my mother earlier than we had very clearly arranged so that by the time I arrived at the care home she had already left. My mother of course did not cooperate as I was not there. It is incredibly frustrating to make an agreement with someone (it was crystal clear) and then they do the opposite. It was very stressful for my mother and for myself. I called the surgery three times to rearrange a time (once again) when I could be there (as agreed) but did not even receive a call back until the third time. Mona apparently is always on vacation and it seemed that she simply did not care about my mother and rearranging a time to come back. She was in possession of my mother’s dentures and was meant to be adjusting them. I have never encountered such an unprofessional dentist and have left to find another dentist for my mother. Life is stressful enough without having to deal with this also.

Very negative experience at the clinic . I got there on time for my 15:35 appointment on the 7th of March 2024 and I had to wait until almost 16:00 until I’d had enough and I got up and I asked why my appointment is late to which I was told that the Dentist’s chair broke and so there were huge delays . The receptionist offered me a rescheduling for another day but only when I insisted further did he offer the option of trying to see if there was another dentist available instead so I could still have my appointment today ( 7th March 2024) . Whilst waiting for another doctor , another patient was again told to reschedule due to the same issue of broken chairs . Finally , after an additional 20 minutes I was seen by a dentist and I asked for a cleaning with pressurised water however I was told the water hoses didn’t work so I had my teeth cleaned through an almost medieval method of scratching my teeth with a metal instrument . Wouldn’t recommend .

I’ve been going to Bridgeview for a number of years now and have always found the team to be professional and friendly. Most recently I’ve been doing Reveal aligners with Mona. They were fairly new as an option when I started and I was unsure whether they’d be as good as Invisalign, but I’m really happy with the results. Mona has been really supportive throughout the process and at times where I’ve had trouble with the fitting, new moulds have been taken without any additional fuss or charge.
