Dear Dr. Douglas, I regret having to leave early on We. afternoon, but after my teeth cleaning ( which only 15 minutes) I had to wait in a room staring at the wall for over an hour. Way past my allowed time. I think you are a very nice young man and a good dentist, but you seem to have scheduling problems. I was sent several reminders to be on time for my appointment time, which I obeyed and was right on the time. This is not the first time this has happened, and my time, like yours, is very valuable as I am involved with many volunteer duties and try to be at meetings on time. I am asking you to please call me with your comments on my x-rays and observations by your dental assistant when you can spare a minute, I hope in the future we can arrange a convenient and timely visit.

Amazing dentist, by far best customer experience I have had in a long time. They Dr. Brien truly Care’s and wants to help. He pulled a tooth and did 4 fillings so far and made it easy and quick and pain less. On top of that the assistants were amazing they so sweet and caring. By far the absolute best dentist I have been to. Very professional and friendly with all his staff. Dr. Douglas helped ease my fear of going to the dentist. Best of all is not having to wait weeks or months to get an appointment. I have definitely found a good family dentist for my kids and myself.
