The hygienists are great and the ladies wonderful and it’s a clean and nice office. The problem is the dentist. They are rushed and do poor quality work. I had work done by both Frank and Mark. I had to get all redone at a different dentist. Fillings poorly done. Missed decay. Recommended getting a tooth removed as they said it’s not repairable and recommended a root canal on another one. The other dentist I’m at now repaired the not repairable tooth with a couple fillings and they said I didn’t need a root canal. Also took my daughter to Frank as we noticed a gap between her teeth and he said it’s nothing to worry about as she will lose those teeth eventually. Took her to a different dentist a week later and he noticed a cavity between them on the back side and schedule her in for fillings. If you just need a cleaning they are good but stay away from the dentist.

In response to your reply. Yes I did visit on the free dental day but I did visit too 3 other times.. also my kids had dental work done there too and my partner so there were many visits to the dentist office. And my review is based off of all the visits overall not just one visit. The dental work is subpar and rushed when a filling is done in 5 minutes how is that right? And that is not on a free dental day.. I won’t recommend going to see the dentist here if they were free all the time.. stay away from the dentist here.

The beginning of July my son had an injury to his mouth and his teeth were pushed way in. He was 3 hours away at sleep away camp during the injury. I text Frank and even though he was on holidays he replied and gave us advice. He kept in contact for the next few hours and I sent photos as it changed. We were trying to get into an emergency dentist closer to camp, however with it being a weekend they were closed. Frank himself was on holidays and still was actively replying to every text.
At the end of the day, Frank had us booked into the clinic for Monday morning. They promptly did xrays, froze him and fixed him up and wired the teeth so they could heal.
He is well on his way to recovery, they continue to have us come for follow-ups every couple weeks until it’s fully healed.

I am so thankful that Frank answered that day and made my mom heart calm!

Tina my Hygienist went above and beyond during my appointments to make sure that I was comfortable and calm. I have always had a bit of dental anxiety due to a past negative experience with a different office. Tina was super efficient and informative all while making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is amazing and is truly an asset to your team! I have been to Bright dental numerous times and each time all of the staff have exceeded my expectations. I had a tooth extracted by Dr Frank in the past and from what I have seen he works very well with his staff as well as his patients and has a great sense of humor which creates a very positive atmosphere during your appointments.
