Our family have been clients of Bright Smile Dental Surgery for over 20 years now. The team are so professional, diligent and caring and have been astute at dealing with our family’s needs. I highly recommend them. My daughter Jemima was terrified of seeing the dentist, but from the age of 3, she was treated with such gentleness and compassion by Dr Christine Chan, that now as a young adult, Jemima looks forward to her regular cleans and maintenance.

Undoubtedly the best dentist we have ever used. Our family has always had a positive experience at Bright Smile. We have been coming since our kids were toddlers. The dentist and dental nurse are so professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. The whole team provides such outstanding customer service and the office is run very efficiently. Easy to make an appointment and so accommodating. Highly recommended for the whole family.
I have been seeing Dr Chris Hem since he took over, as ‘my dentist’, from Dr Britain, as did my mother. He has always been thorough, professional and friendly … and, like Dr Britain, has never caused me to experience pain! Likewise, his staff in the persons of Enza and Serena, are also consistently caring, friendly and helpful.
