It’s very unfortunate that I had to leave poor review but when I first came into my appointment, I told them that I am a student so I have a Budget they gave me a rough estimate and I came back for my first cleaning and a teeth cavity fill although she brought me in 20 minutes after my appointment for the cleaning so she couldn’t finish me. She had another client afterwards she offered to stay. But I just had cavity filled, and my gum were very sore so they offered to bring me back again when I came back. When it was time to pay, it was twice the amount a of the roughly estimated. They claim there was Miscommunication I still had to pay this is clearly frustrating.

Excellent – warm reception, thorough exam with X-rays and check up of teeth and a very friendly assistant (Minh) who made sure I was comfortable and explained what was being done. Dr. Pollard is easy to talk to and responsive to questions. I was quite surprised at the reasonable cost of the check up. Very happy with the visit.

The service and professionalism at Brightside dental is consistent and always have excellent care whether a dental cleaning or dental work required. I feel as I’m in trusted environment.
