I’ve had two appointments at this office, one for a cleaning and one to repair two fillings I had done at another practice almost 20 years ago. Both experiences have been PHENOMENAL. Everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Hatfield, is warm, kind, interesting, and extremely adept in their field. I have referred several people (at least one of whom has already scheduled) and look forward to my next cleaning. My teeth are crooked and complex and they have taken such good care of them. They removed extremely stubborn tartar in one sitting and ensured I was properly numbed for the fillings–a far cry from my last experience getting them from another dentist. If you are looking for a new dentist who actually cares about your health, comfort, and remembers a surprising amount of detail about your teeth, schedule with this office now!!
I had a great experience with Brilliant Smiles. It took me a while to get in, but that was on my part and insurance. Matt with scheduling was wonderful and understanding! I was able to get in sooner than my booked appointment due to their cancellation list. My first appointment consisted of X-rays, a cleaning and fluoride. I would recommend arriving early so you have time to fill out new patient paperwork.
Emily took my X-rays and did a lovely job. Chelsie did my cleaning and was efficient and kind. Overall I am glad they accept my insurance. It’s always stressful finding new medical practices when moving but everyone in the office made the transition seamless.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Before coming here I had a lot of anxiety about dentists and all dental work in general. This place has completely erased all of that. Everybody in this place has been phenomenal in all of my visits. Dr. Hatfield is extremely kind and thorough in explaining what she is going to do. She doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for needing dental work. Chelsea was my hygienist and is equally as nice and professional as Dr. Hatfield. Pam did my fillings and was amazing as well. The front desk staff Matt and Mandy are very nice and helpful as well.
