Went to go get a routine check up and was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received.
The staff were friendly and punctual to the second!
Throughout the consult the dentist was polite and took his time to explain what he was doing and a plan of care for the near future. Having had a retaining wall he explained some tips to maintain it and even gave me a free mini-cleaner to get around it!
Having been to other dentists (and been reasonably satisfied) this was the first who sat down with me for a few extra minutes and discussed the role of sensitive toothpastes as they have other active ingredients. Although I only had one sensitive tooth and it never really bothered me he explained that sensitive toothpastes generally had added active compounds to further numb the exposed dentite (rather than just being less sensitive to use as I’d previously thought). Aside from the general advice, Dr Jiang was excellent at answering further questions I had – even if they were about current affairs!
Overall a great experience – and a dentist I would definitely return to again!
I’ve been a patient at Brisbane City Dental for 18 months and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in the city for general dental care. The surgery is easy to get to, it’s right across the road from Central Rail. Bo and George have given me fantastic service, their surgery has the latest equipment and their support staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I went to this clinic in a emergency situation very nervous because I didn’t know how good they were. Surprisingly, there was an excellent service from all the staff. Doctor Vicky was so lovely, patient and checking on me during the whole appointment. I’d recommend this place to anyone who would like to receive a good service. 🙂
