I walked in to this dental practice this morning after it being recommended to me by a colleague, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a couple of smiling dental nurses that seemed very nice and friendly but then I got to the desk to speak to the operative manager about booking an appointment etc.. and I was greeted with a disgusted look as if to say, what is someone like you doing in a ‘private’ dentist. She didn’t say hello or anything, she just waited for me to talk and rudely replied. I walked out without booking an appointment and went to the dental practice 200m away and was very happy with the service I received and got a private appointment for the morning after. This is the first bad review iv ever given online and I wouldn’t normally but I’m appalled so couldn’t leave it brewing on my mind. I hope the problem is fixed as soon as possible for all the nice workers in there that don’t deserve the bad reputation.

Just been into here for an appointment as had painful tooth. Great to see the lovely, friendly and helpful staff as always. Tooth not properly awake yet but I am sure it will be fine now. Michael is such a good dentist I wouldn’t go anywhere else and its nice to go somewhere where I know all the wonderful people.

Amazing dentist, I’m not the best patient but Michael always puts me at ease. Cara and the rest of the team always greet you with a smile and help the whole experience feel calm and relaxed. I honestly wouldn’t feel as comfortable as I do going anywhere else
