I missed a registration appointment 6 years ago due to work. I let them know in advance and did apologize for it but since then I’ve been blacklisted I called every year to get another chance and they completely refused to. We’re in June 2024 and they have done the same to me again. This is unprofessional, unethical and evil I must say. I start thinking there’s another reason behind their behaviours. After 6 years of being nice, apologising over and over again, always been polite and respectful nothing has changed so I decided today to leave a review which I believe it’s well deserved. It just unfortunate to be that cold hearted and horrible to people.
All the dentist including the secretary at Brooks bar are amazing.
From walking into Brooks bar your made to feel comfortable and welcomed.
We all know that going to the dentist can be a nightmare to most.
My last visit was an outstanding experience no pains no gripping of the chair.

I’ve been going here for almost two years and the service that I have been receiving has been impeccable. The staff members from the receptionist to the dental nurses are always so helpful and welcoming. Dr Hamed has always been helpful in answering any questions I have and giving me the best dental advice.
