Best dentist office I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to many. Starting with the front desk there is a very professional woman name “Crystal” that is always on top of appointments for people. I have a very busy life but she did everything for me to get all of my teeth problems taken care of. “Sabrina” is a very bubbly person with awesome humor. She was the main person during my first two visits and made me feel very comfortable. She was by my side through the entire time, I don’t like going to dentist usually but she comforted me enough that I knew everything will be okay. “Vonda” is the women that cleaned my teeth during my second visit, and she was the best I ever encountered. She was telling me positive things and telling me helpful tips in treating my inflamed gums and ways to keep me teeth perfect. She typed everything for me and gave me a toothbrush best for my gums. Most of all, her customer service skills are great and we even talked about beautiful things that is also mentioned in the bible. (I have noticed that Boulder County is not the place to express the love of God but “Vonda” made me feel comfortable and welcomed my thoughts). Another awesome person here is “Rheanna”. She is also another great member of this dentist crew, she kept me entertained during my third visit with being as bubbly and cute as “Sabrina”. “Rheanna” was so polite and reassuring with my long day getting my crown that the day flew without me noticing. The Dentist is “Bruce Howell”, this man deserves an award. He took care of all decaying teeth make them look brand new and perfect!!! The best thing about him besides his great skills with teeth is his awesome personality. He laughs and jokes around with all his stuff like a big happy family. His customer service skills are also amazing along with showing that he actually really does care about his patients. This is the best Dentist office I believe anyone can find with amazing crew and great customer service. I suggest this place to everyone.

Dr. Bruce Howell was amazing, friendly and welcoming on my first visit. It is because of him the I am not rating this with one star. The front desk personnel -Hannah- is snotty, rude, and seemingly incompetent at the front desk. I left a message requesting a more accurate estimate (vs one she gave me following my consultation where she crossed off and adjusted the computer estimates by hand) After 4 days of no call back my was received not well received, and she acted like a 14 year old bratty teenager vs the working professional role which shes in. Given her rudeness I am choosing not to go to this clinic and be around her negative nature and will instead continue with the first dentist and estimate-although higher- that I received as the front desk there is always kind and professional. I feel that this is a loss of business to Dr. Howell who otherwise would have received my business, with a smile on my face. I hope he doesn’t loose any more potential clientele do to his staffing.

Our family has been going to Dr. Howell for several years. Every time we go he has always come out to greet our family. He says hello, shakes our hands and asks how we are doing. That is all before we go into the actual appointment. That kind of hospitality is hard to come by anymore and that small simple gesture means the world to us.

Dr. Howell and his staff are knowledgeable and kind. They make sure you are comfortable and that your needs are being met at your appointment and with your dental care. They are up front with you and are very communicative. I feel safe there. My kids feel safe there. At the end of the appointment for my kids they get a balloon animal. How rad is that? Quality, knowledgeable and compassionate service and an balloon animal! All dentistry we have received has been top quality and thoroughly supervised. I can’t think of taking my family to see anyone else for our dental care.
