Unfortunately fractured wrist last night so I needed to reschedule my appointment as I can’t drive and my husband was on school run. They open at 9am, with my appointment at 9am and as this was unexpected injury I couldn’t give 72 hours notice for a reschedule. They wouldn’t allow me to reschedule for a time after I recovered without paying for a new appointment. Receptionist didn’t seem that interested given circumstances so overall a really disappointing experience given the reviews.
I am so pleased to have found this excellent dental practice several years ago. It’s an 100 mile round trip but worth the journey for the care and attention I’ve received. Every action is explained as we go along so no unpleasant surprises and very little or no pain. Amazing, not cheap but worth the cost for the level of skill and confidence the lovely staff instill. Well done from a very grateful patient.
