I had my first dental appointment with Dr. Thomas and Nurse Julie, and I have to say it was a fantastic visit. When I first arrived, Esther at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She took care of my needs, considering my mobility issues, and made accommodations to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire team was welcoming and informative. Dr. Thomas was patient, understanding, and attentive, answering all my questions.
During my oral examination and X-ray, Dr Thomas took the time to walk me through each step and thoroughly explained everything as he examined my teeth, jaw and gums. He provided detailed explanations of what he was observing and any areas of concern he identified. He provided a clear explanation of the root cause of my pain, detailing the factors contributing to it. This approach made me feel less anxious, informed and involved in my care, enhancing my overall experience and understanding of my oral health. This experience stood out as the most helpful and knowledgeable compared to my previous dental experiences in America. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his team. I felt like I was in great hands and well taken care of.

Peter looks after all three of my daughters teeth! He is absolutely brilliant with them all. He is a kind an experienced dentist, putting them all at ease in the chair. He takes time to talk to them all about how they can improve their brushing and apparently he has the best sticker selection ever according to my youngest! The staff at the practice are all lovely, helping whenever I need it. We have regular appointments which I don’t have to wait months and months for. We would highly recommend!

An incredibly helpful practice, where the staff are very welcoming. The dentist is exceptional. Putting you at your ease, and asking about what is pertinent to you. Then following up with a clear explanation of how best to deal with any problems and relative costs. I am very happy that I have made the change to Budleigh salterton dental practice.
