TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH! I received a coupon in the mail for new patients without X-rays, exam & cleaning for $49. I was so excited to finally get into a dentist after a year of not going. I love the dentist & getting my teeth cleaned. I went over ALL fine print with the front desk chick when booking my appointment, she very helpful & sweet. Upon arrival, front desk chick (same I talked to) was welcoming & sweet. The office & back office are nice. I was impressed. Once in the back, for my X-rays done & Giselle was amazing. She was friendly & we had good conversation. Dr. Smith was good. I only saw him for maybe 5 minutes for a quick exam. Told me I had beautiful teeth. Then Chris, the hygienist comes in, does not even look in my mouth at my teeth… but was able to give his cleaning recommendation off photos?… he proceeds to explain to me that I need a deep cleaning & the reasons why. I then ask how much is the deep cleaning as I do not have insurance & am here using a coupon. He response “significantly more”. I asked him if he’d can just do the regular cleaning & he no. Although I didn’t asked for the quote since I knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford it. They sent some lady in to go over the $2000 quote with me. $2000!!!!!!! How does it go from being a $50 visit to $2000?!!! Who the heck can afford that?!!!! Chris absolutely could have just done a regularly cleaning but that’s exactly how a BAIT & SWITCH works.
I am very disappointed.

The front desk staff was so amazing, I had called for an emergency appointment on Friday and they didn’t have any, she remembered to check back with me on Monday, I had seen another dentist on Friday who referred me to another dentist who wasn’t answering the phone, the front desk listened to my concerns for my daughter ,which as a single parent is a really big deal, they got me seen the next day, the Dental assistant and the Doctor were both kind and understanding and I have my daughters emergency treatment scheduled and the cash price was very fair too.They also didn’t try to upsell me on treatment she didn’t need which the other clinic was trying to do.
I would recommend them 100% for your families needs.
And bonus points for ambiance, they have turtles in a pond outside the window

Went to bullhead city dentistry to get some work done as it has been a while since I had visited a dentist. The staff were amazing especially the front desk personel. I had x rays done and a dental plan was laid out. After I left the office they sent me my dental plan which exceeded 8k, unfortunately I wasn’t able to afford it all at once but they recommended I go in stages. I responded with a inquiry to do stages as recommended. However I never heard from them again. I had responded 5 times to the email then 2 times to the email directory and have not once received an email. I had wasted time going to the office for my exam and x rays and when I was given treatment options I was just discarded as a potential patient
