Spent over PS400 on treatment on my front teeth, had to go back twice, 1st time I couldn’t chew due to my teeth not coming together (would have left me like this for a week if I couldn’t get there within the 20 mins they gave me) 2nd time i had to go back due to the bonding being to big and bumpy. After 4 months I started having a lot of pain due to the work they have done! I can’t eat/drink properly without being in a massive amount of pain! Told me I would have to pay for anymore treatment due to it being over 3 months, I wasn’t even in this amount of pain before having my teeth done. If I were to buy a 20 pound kettle I would get better aftercare than having a medical procedure done on my teeth. They have obviously done something dangerous and wrong and that is going to leave me in pain for the rest of my life. They have been absolutely no help with my issue and I am thinking about making a complaint to the DCS if I do not get some sort of response from BUPA

I had to book a dentist appointment as I had tooth pain and thought I’d need a root canal. This practice had good reviews so I picked here although I did have to wait a while for a consultation. Before my appointment, it had been 10 years since I’d been to the dentist as I had developed a bit of a phobia. Jonathan and the dental nurse assisting him were very patient and understanding and made the whole experience trauma-free. It made returning for an appointment to get a filling (turns out I didn’t need a root canal) much less nerve-wracking! Jonathan let me wear headphones and bring a stress ball, was once again extremely patient. He explained everything he was doing and made it clear he would stop whenever I needed. The whole thing was done and dusted in no time with barely any discomfort. Absolutely fabulous service, would recommend to anyone, especially nervous patients.

Waste of time. Rang up at 9 to ask for a teeth cleaning appointment told me there’s one that was a good fit for me but had to put me on hold for some reason and their line cut. I rang back and was told that I’d get a call back. Two hours later no call back – was told they were busy. Managed to speak to them – were told they can’t see me for this appointment because I’m not registered with them even though I’m registered with a different Bupa branch. When asked why, told they were “not even the same company” and that their dentist needed to see me first so it needs to be a longer appointment. Shocking service!
