After being here for over 5 years, it seems like they’ve got some power hungry girl working at the front and at any given option if you ask to speak to a manager, she will refuse it.
If you ask for a call back you can be waiting days, and if you ring back for an update. You’re in the fault. Ive been trying to make an appointment and speak to a manager rather than speaking to the person in question.
I’ve been reminded that the apparently ‘Charlotte is high up the management as im going to get’, Currently awaiting to get through to a complaints department when asked for she’s decided to hang up the call.
Ive been owed money from this dentists as they have overcharged me in the past and that was never an issue. The one time I owed them money however, they wouldn’t allow me to book an emergency appointment without having paid a set amount. I had to wait 18months for my refund :’)
This is MY dentist. As a fearful patient and child of the 60s, I avoided dentistry for 20+ years, due to fear of pain. This dental practice changed me and gave me back my smile. These are very talented and skillful dentists and the surgery is comfortable and well appointed in terms of equipment and services. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my friends and family. I am very pleased, indeed!
I find many dentists available right now are cowboys who are looking to take all your teeth and charge you for the pleasure. I spoke about my poor experience at another Cambridge dentist and they were sympathetic, empathetic, and made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and looked after. Were also very prompt and professional. Definitely will return.
