Very Friendly welcome and every stage was explained to me which was very relaxing as it was my first trip to a dentist in the best part of 20 years.

Dentist Check up was very thorough and I was made to feel very at home, always being asked if I was ok, which again was lovely and reassuring.

I then had an appointment with the Hygienist Rachael who did an amazing job of removing plaque and scale from my teeth which not only looked bad but was causing me poor oral hygiene. This procedure was painless and I felt very comfortable throughout. I was then shown the best techniques and products to use so I can look after my teeth properly.

For the first time in years I can be proud to smile again and that’s all thanks to the team at Bupa Dental Care Coventry!

I have been using Bupa Dental Care at Gosford Green for a number of years apart from Annual Dental Check ups I have been a patient of Rachel Green their excellent Hygienist for all of those years starting at 3 monthly treatments to now 6 monthly check ups as of today – I have seen many Hygienist’s over the years until I started seeing Rachel who is by far the best, she is very caring and gentle and is excellent at her job. Jo on Reception is always cheerful, polite and extremely professional I never leave reviews but I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Surgery.

If you want to feel like your in safe hands and reassured then this is the place! I came here after a bad experience that left me scared and not wanting to see a dentist again. Over 10 years later and I still go to the same place. I see Chris and Zara for all my dentistry. Chris will always explain everything to me should I need work and tell me my options. I feel from the moment I walk in to the practice and am greeted with a team who are professional from the front desk to the my dentistry work I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
