My first experience here today was incredible. I phoned in after 111 triage and was given a emergency appointment 45 minutes later, the facilities were clean and comfortable although clinical not your usual dentist environment. My dentist Anna was so nice and made the experience relaxing despite the dental work, she was really friendly and personable, explained every step of the way what she was going to do and listened to me and added extra local anaesthetic when required to ensure I felt no pain. She explained my x-rays to me in detail and I can honestly say was the best dentist I have ever seen. A trainee took my x-ray images which I was absolutely fine with and she was introduced to me and Anna gave her helpful tips during also. After my appointment I was taken to see an administrator for booking of my next appointment who again was lovely and thoroughly explained my options to me and got me booked soon for my next appointments. Can’t thank the staff enough for making a trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.

After suffering with severe pain through the night I rang for an emergency appointment and was seen within the hour. Every member of staff I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable. Although the appointment could be deemed expensive, it was good to be seen so quickly. I was given an x ray and an explanation as to why the issue I had occurred and tips to prevent recurrence

I’m really impressed with Bupa and of dentist Tim North. I explained I was a bit nervous after a long time of no treatment, and Tim explained everything to me at every step of the process and made sure I was totally comfortable before he began. Can’t thank you all enough, very efficient but patient focused experience.
