Hi,
I booked an emergency appointment for my mum visiting from abroad and she was able to be seen the next day by Joanna, twice in one day, as she later on realized where the severe pain was coming from, and the lovely receptionist was able to squeeze her in dor a second appointment , whilst the other lovely receptionist was very kind and helped my mum with the payment process and documentation for medical insurance. Apologies as I don’t remember their names, but you both have been fantastic!
My mum is usually very anxious during dentist visits and Joanna made her feel very comfortable, took the time to explain everything and was very understanding of her situation. My father passed away in September of last year and my mum has no income at the moment, so she was reliant on her medical insurance allowance. Joanna was kind enough to let my mum know in advance the estimate costs so she could be aware if she can afford the treatment, and this was reassuring for her.
Joanna was very lovely and professional and has treated my mum with compassion and respect.
My mum has let me know that she was very impressed with the clinic and how well she was treated by everyone she met, and she is extending her gratitude to everyone. Thank you all so much for the excellent patient experience that my mum was offered during a stressful time.

I’m so glad I moved over to this practice. Would recommend 100%. The staff are caring and friendly. My dentist is Bijal, and she is brilliant. After being quite nervous after previous experiences elsewhere, I am no longer anxious going. Bijal is very patient and understanding if you are nervous and her dentistry is excellent. I do the Smile Plan now, so visit regularly for checkups and hygienists.
I would highly recommend this service especially if you are nervous of going to the dentist like I am. Everyone I have met has been friendly and very helpful. My hygienist Natasha has been exceptional and couldn’t recommend more highly. She is very reassuring and just made me feel at ease. It has honestly been the best experience at a dentist I’ve had and I’m so glad I’ve found a good one.
