Only joined 2 months ago but needed to ask for an emergency appointment before my check up. They were fantastic they got me a cancellation for the next day. I turned up but was told the appointment was upstairs. I forgot to remind them I was disabled. However Julie on reception couldn’t do enough. She spoke to several people and John the Dentist agreed to come to a surgery downstairs. He had a lot of knowledge of disabilities and the treatment which could impact your teeth and gums. I expected to walk out with an estimate that would make my eyes water. Nothing like it, I had joined Bupa for dental treatment. I like that the Morecambe dentist is so easy to get to and park. Disability access is excellent. I have been advised, ask for Wednesday appointment for Dentist and Friday for hygienist for treatmenton bottom floor. Had a laugh with Receptionists which calms the nerves. Definitely chose the correct Dentist.

SECOND VISIT

Went for my second visit to have a large back tooth removed I saw my Dentist John Hannah. Now I hate injections into my gums. John started telling me to relax my shoulders and take deep breathes he was also tapping my cheek so I concentrated on relaxing and taking deep breathes and he had already completed the injection Absolutely nothing like I had in the past. I then had a large tooth removed with no pain. It’s the second day now. I’m eating and drinking with no problems or pain. Great Dentist.

I was referred to this clinic after having a broken tooth in a few spots exposing the gum. I did wait 8 months after the referral for this appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff. My Oral Surgeon was Dr Cornelius Peethala, who was very nice and personable; working along side the surgeon was a nice and friendly Dental Assistant. After initially looking at my tooth, the surgeon explained what he would do. After the numbing shots took effect, he did exactly what he said he would do. There were no issues with the procedure. I was given written instructions.The really good part was I was in no pain after the numbness wore off neither on the day nor the next day, which is today. I would give this experience infinity stars if I could.

Kind friendly pain free treatment. Sensitive to budgetary limitations and sound health advice given within those boundaries. Involved in decision making. Regular checks during treatment to check comfort and pain sensation, sensitive to scariness of equipment and everything explained. Extremely pleasant experience, if a visit to the dentist can be called pleasant!!!!
